All unique garments handpicked by The Second Edit represent a circular wardrobe vision. Because every piece is a one-of-a-kind pre-loved item, all sales are final. We do not support returns, exchanges, or size swaps once an order has been successfully placed.

In the rare event of receiving a wrong item or an undisclosed major structural fault, a return claim may be approved. To lock in this exception, you must record a continuous, uncut unboxing video starting from before the courier seal package is opened. The video must show the shipping label details clearly, the package being opened, and the garment fault examined — all in a single, continuous shot with **no pauses, cuts, or edits**. Claims without a valid uncut video cannot be processed.

We provide pan-India insured shipping from our Navi Mumbai studio.
- Free Standard Shipping: Applicable on all orders exceeding ₹1,000.
- Flat Flat Fee: Standard flat rate of ₹80 applies on orders below ₹1,000.
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are packaged and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Delivery Estimates: Metro cities take 3–4 business days; rest of India takes 4–7 business days.
