All unique garments handpicked by The Second Edit represent a circular wardrobe vision. Because every piece is a one-of-a-kind pre-loved item, all sales are final. We do not support returns, exchanges, or size swaps once an order has been successfully placed.
Please double check the sizing and detailed flat measurements listed on the product detail card. If you are unsure about the fit, feel free to DM us on Instagram at @thesecondedit.in before purchasing — we are happy to share additional photos or measurements!
In the rare event of receiving a wrong item or an undisclosed major structural fault, a return claim may be approved. To lock in this exception, you must record a continuous, uncut unboxing video starting from before the courier seal package is opened. The video must show the shipping label details clearly, the package being opened, and the garment fault examined — all in a single, continuous shot with **no pauses, cuts, or edits**. Claims without a valid uncut video cannot be processed.
To initiate a valid return request, please email us at thesecondedit.in@gmail.com with your order receipt details and the uncut unboxing video file within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping & Logistics
We process, pack, and dispatch orders from our studio in Navi Mumbai, India. Shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your pincode:
- Local Maharashtra Delivery (Pincodes starting with 4): Base rate starts at ₹80.
- National Delivery (Rest of India): Base rate starts at ₹100.
- Free Shipping: Orders exceeding ₹1000 qualify for FREE shipping automatically!

Dispatch Timeline: Standard orders are packed and dispatched via reliable local courier services (Delhivery, India Post, etc.) within 2-3 business days of securing payment. Tracking numbers will be sent directly to your email or coordinated via Instagram DM.
